4.2 Booking and Payment

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking
• Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement
• We accept various payment methods as specified during booking
• Late payments may incur additional charges

4.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before scheduled service: Full refund of deposit
• Cancellations made 3-7 days before: 50% deposit refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before: No refund
• Rescheduling is permitted subject to availability

4.4 Service Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to complete services on the agreed date. However, completion may be delayed due to weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

5. Plant Care and Warranties

5.1 Plant Health

All plants are guaranteed to be healthy at the time of installation. We provide care instructions for all installed plants. However, plant survival depends on many factors including weather, ongoing care, and environmental conditions.

5.2 Limited Warranty

We offer a limited warranty on plant survival for the period specified in your service agreement, subject to:

• Following provided care instructions
• Normal weather conditions for the season
• No damage caused by pests, disease, or third parties
• Maintenance services being performed as scheduled (if applicable)

This warranty does not cover damage from neglect, extreme weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Access to Property

By engaging our services, you grant us access to your property for the purposes of delivering the agreed services. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring safe access to the work area
• Securing pets during our visits
• Disclosing any hazards or special conditions
• Obtaining necessary permissions if you do not own the property

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
